Qualification
Niklas is educated as Business Psychologist (B.Sc.) and holds a double-degree from the University of Valencia & University of Bologna as Organizational Psychologist (M.SC.)
He is fluent in German, English and Italian.
Expertise
Further, he contributes to academia both by pursuing his doctorates in strategic management at the VU Amsterdam as well as lecturing at various universities in Germany. Additionally, Niklas is trained as an IFS Coach, SCRUM Master & Agile Enterprise Coach.
